Introduction

The Deathblade is Lost Ark's mobile rogue class that utilizes speed and Crowd Control to dictate the flow of battle. She has a lot of build options along with combos to decimate your opponents.

In PvP, the Deathblade revolves around quick catches with their dashes and Crowd Control. She's a hit-and-run specialist that goes in when the time is right. On contrary to her archetype, she can brawl quite well in extended fights. Her quickness and high protected skills allow her to climb high in the 3v3 tier list, making her an excellent choice for players to get into. Her unique Identity allows her to have more unique builds with utility while maintaining her high damage output.

This article assumes you have a Character with a minimum level of 26 before transitioning to it. Check out the Deathblade Leveling and 1-50 Leveling guides to reach Level 26.

Check out the General PvP Guide for a better understanding of the arena systems in place.

Core Skills

  • Surprise Attack is one of your mobility skill that leaves behind a Knock Up effect after the dash. Great skill for baiting opponents or movement.
  • Upper Slash is your main protection move. This move grants Push Immunity and is a great skill for countering opponents.
  • Spincutter is another mobility skill.
  • Dark Axel is your main engagement tool with excellent mobility. This ability chained with Upper Slash gives you a great engage option wherever you are.
  • Head Hunt is your Hard Crowd Control skill and combo extender. It can be used on someone falling down, allowing you to follow up with damaging skills. Don't be afraid to use High-Speed Move to land the stun.
  • Moonlight Sonic is your main damage skill.
  • Maelstrom is a utility skill that grants movement speed to you and your allies. With Stabilized Energy, you also gain Paralysis Immunity during the buff. Remember to active it before engaging.
  • Blitz Rush is another damage skill that has a ranged Knock Up attached to it.
  • Deathblade's Identity revolves around Zero. You need at least one orb to activate it to gain a buff that grants you speed, power and cooldown. Using your Identity grants you complete Immunity and deals a small amount of damage around you. Using Zero again grants you Push Immunity and tosses a shockwave at your opponent, dealing increased damage and range depending on the orb level. Use the shockwave as a quick damaging skill when needed instead of holding onto the buff.
  • Flash Blink is your main Awakening skill that does high damage when connected. This skill can Knock Up opponents at the end of the damage cycle. Head Hunt guarantees a hit with this skill.
