Path of Progression

The Path of Progression is a seasonal journey that rewards you for progressing in Torchlight Infinite. This introduces you to many of the game's systems while rewarding you for interacting with them. You get Talent Points, Star Talents, Experience bonuses and Drop bonuses! Begin your journey along the Path of Progression by clicking its icon while in town or accessing it via your menu!

Even as a veteran you want to interact with the Path of Progression to obtain the rewards. This is an account level reward system so you do not need to complete the Path of Progression on each character you make, and new characters within the season gain the benefits you've already earned. Remember to check back frequently to collect your rewards.

The Path of Progression is split into several categories. You unlock most of these by progressing through the Campaign, but the Challenge tab is more focused on the endgame. Completing the Path of Progression takes a long time and requires you to interact with a wide variety of content, but most of the key rewards come from the early stages of the game.

Journey

The Journey tab is where you begin in the Path of Progression. It walks you through the campaign, starting with Chapter 1. This is the longest path and can be thought of as a complete journey thorugh the world of Leptis. Early rewards are focused on the leveling experience, but later on you have tasks to complete in the Netherrealm or by participating in other endgame activities.

Skill

In the Skills tab you are introduced to Active, Passive and Support skills in Torchlight Infinite. This also covers the Energy system where you learn how to Support your Skills. Equipping different types of skills, linking them, using Auras to enhance your build, and special supports to modify their behavior.

Here are the key rewards for the Skills tab and how to get them:

• 1 Talent Point unlocked by completing a 4-Link with your Main Skill
• 1 Star Chart point unlocked by completing a 5-Link with your Main Skill

Gear

Torchlight Infinite is a loot-based ARPG, this means gear is a crucial part of the character building process. In the Path of Progression's gear tab you learn how to interact with items, enhance them via crafting and equip everything you need to get stronger.

Here are the key rewards for the Gear tab and how to get them:

• 1 Talent Point upon obtaining one piece of rare gear with a T6 affix
• 1 Star Chart point upon crafting 5 Rare pieces of gear with T5 affixes

Hero Memories

Heroes and their Traits are distinct characters with unique archetypes. You activate Hero Traits and enhance them through the Hero Memory system. This tab rewards you for equipping and enhancing Hero Memories, as you progress and unlock your Hero's full potential!

Here are the key rewards for the Hero Memory tab and how to get them:

• 1 Talent Point upon upgrading a Hero Memory to level 3
• 1 Star Chart Point unlocked after upgrading a Hero Memory to level 10

Loot

To equip the best gear you need to loot it or loot currency and use that to buy items from other players. The Path of Progression's loot tab covers farming. You can farm several different Seasonal mechanics to obtain their unique rewards.

Here are the key rewards for the Loot tab and how to get them:

• 1 Talent Point upon upgrading 2 Netherrealm Talent Trees in the Void Chart
• 1 Star Chart Point after obtaining 5 normal Memory Threads

Divinity Slate

You draw upon the power of the Gods to enhance your Hero's strength. Divinity Slates are rewards from the Cube of Rapacity mechanic. Use them to build a custom talent tree drawing power from the new God, and scorning the original 6.

Here are the key rewards for the Divinity Slate tab and how to get them:

• 1 Talent Point upon obtaining 2 Divinity Slates with 2 Talents
• 1 Star Chart Point after obtaining 3 Divinity Slates with 2 Medium talents

Challenge

Torchlight Infinite has many endgame activities and the Path of Progression's challenge tab is focused on the most difficult among them. You get rewards for going ever deeper in the City of Aeterna, fighting epic bosses in the Great Void, rebelling against the gods with the Trial of Divinity, challenging the Path of the Brave or taking on the extremely difficult Supreme Showdown.

• 1 Talent Point after completing Floor 1 of the Supreme Showdown

Long Term Rewards

The Path of Progression's most enticing rewards are the long term account wide drop bonuses.

Through completing more phases in each of the Path of Progression challenges, you will unlock bonus Experience, Gear Drops, Ember Drops, and Currency Drops

The Path of Progression introduces you to core game systems and rewards you for trying all of the content Torchlight Infinite has to offer. This is an account wide system, so it carries over between different characters on a season, making it easier to level your alts.
