This refund policy applies to "Maxroll Ad-Free Subscriptions" and any other future subscription-based products. All physical products offered in Maxroll Shop are excluded from this policy.
Customers who subscribe to our online recurring services are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of activating their subscription. This includes any transaction fees incurred during the initial payment. Additionally, customers are entitled to a refund within 7 days after an automatic extension of their existing membership.
The refund request must be made within 7 days of the subscription activation date or within 7 days after an automatic extension of the existing membership. Upon successful processing of the refund, the subscription will be immediately terminated.
Customers must contact our support team by sending a refund request to paymentsmaxroll.gg within the specified period. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of request. The refund will be issued through the same payment method used for the initial subscription.
After a refund has been issued, the customer will not be allowed to re-subscribe to the same service for a period of 30 days following the cancellation. This measure is in place to prevent refund abuse.
This refund policy is designed to be in compliance with Dutch law, ensuring the rights of consumers are protected while maintaining fair use of our subscription services.
