Terror Zone Tier List

The "Loot" Terror Zone Tier List ranks possible Terror Zones based on Boss Monster Treasure Class increase, Monster Density, Monster Types, number of Elite Groups (including Bosses), Challenge, and Ease of Access. High Monster Density and a large average number of Elite Packs contribute to Terror Zones being ranked higher in terms of their loot potential, while Dangerous/Challenging Monster Types and Difficult Access to the Mobs or the Area itself contribute to them being ranked lower.
