The Prime Evils are not the only demons and monstrous Bosses of note in the land of Sanctuary. The monsters who are powerful even amongst their peers get elevated to the status of Super Uniques. These named monsters lord over specific areas in Sanctuary, have otherwise unheard of levels of power, and can drop some of the rarest items in the game. Learning the locations and vulnerabilities of every Boss in the game allows you to make the best decisions for farming and Experience gain.
Act Bosses
The Act Bosses in Diablo 2 Resurrected are required kills to progress to the next Act. Because of this, they will never be Immune to any Damage types, but will often have very high Resistances, and Life totals. The benefit to fighting them is they often drop large amount of items, with some Bosses boasting the highest Treasure Class in the game; they can drop any item!

Andariel
Ancient Horadric texts record that Andariel and the other Lesser Evils once overthrew the three Prime Evils - Diablo, Mephisto and Baal - banishing them from Hell to our world. With this betrayal weighing against her, Andariel's presence in Sanctuary can only mean that the forces of Hell are once again aligned behind Diablo and his Brothers. While it is clear that the Maiden of Anguish is acting on behalf of Diablo to prevent anyone from following him eastward, it is also clear that she must be destroyed if the Lord of Terror is to be stopped. Andariel makes her home in Catacombs Level 4.

Duriel
As punishment for his part in the Dark Exile that sent the Prime Evils to the mortal realm, Duriel has been left behind by Baal to guard the Tomb of Tal Rasha. Embittered by this new position of solitary servitude, the Lord of Pain has claimed the souls and blood of many bold adventurers. Duriel makes his home in Tal Rasha's Chamber.
Mephisto was the first Prime Evil to be captured, and his Soulstone was put into the hands of the local priesthood, the Zakarum, for safekeeping. They kept it under a Zakarum temple in what would eventually become Kurast. In the meantime, the Horadrim pursued and eventually captured all three of the Prime Evils. Eventually, however, Mephisto managed to overcome the powers of the Soulstone that imprisoned him enough to influence and corrupt the Zakarum. The demon then had the priests work spells to shatter the Soulstone into seven shards, breaking the mystic seal and freeing the Lord of Hatred. Mephisto makes his home in Durance of Hate Level 3.

Diablo
Diablo spent two centuries slowly working to corrupt the Soulstone that imprisoned him. By spreading terror into the surrounding countryside, the Demon was able to attract many heroes who came to cleanse the land of evil. By the time the strongest of these heroes reached this goal, though, he had become fully influenced by the will of Diablo. In his twisted state, this adventurer believed that the only way to fully control the Demon was to plunge the shard of the Soulstone into his own head. This, of course, was exactly what Diablo had planned as the Demon now had an even stronger body to use to find his brothers and complete his ultimate plan... Diablo makes his home in Chaos Sanctuary.

Here, he began corrupting the Worldstone so badly, that Tyrael made the decision to shatter it; lest the Demons of Hell gain power and control of Sanctuary. Baal makes his home in Worldstone Chamber.

Bosses in Diablo 2 Resurrected are special monsters, even greater than the Super Uniques. They often are part of a Quests or spawn next to important Quest areas. Many of these monsters have very specific Treasure Classes, and also have unique interactions with a lot of the the affects in the game.
Most Bosses do not count as Super Uniques, so they don't get the 500% Experience bonus.
Griwold, Radament, and Nihlathak are the exceptions. They receive random Unique bonus affixes in Nightmare and Hell.
Sanctuary does not Knockback or apply Magic Damage to Griswold and Radament.

Blood Raven
Blood Raven is the canonical Rogue hero from Diablo 1. In Diablo 2 Resurrected she is a Sister of the Sightless Eye who has been corrupted by Andariel, and is laying siege on the Rogue Encampment with an army of undead. Blood Raven makes her home in the Burial Ground.

The Summoner
The Summoner
The great Vizjerei Summoner, Horazon, made his lair beneath the sands of Lut Gholein. Seeing Demons as deceptive and cunning adversaries who deserved to be enslaved and tormented, he honed his abilities to control them as completely as possible. His prowess as a powerful Summoner is well documented, but Horazon secretly feared that the Lords of Hell would punish him for enslaving their brethren. The creation of his Arcane Sanctuary was an attempt to keep opposing mages, inquisitive thieves and even lesser Demons confused and far from his summoning circle. It is rumored that this is the canonical Wizard from Diablo 1. The Summoner makes his home in the Arcane Sanctuary.

Super Uniques are almost identical to Uniques that we cover in our Elite Group article. The primary difference being that Supers have specific areas that they spawn in. They also have static affixes in addition to the extra affixes Uniques receive in Nightmare in Hell. Some even has access to hidden affixes that Uniques do not have access to.
Because this area is so small, and you access it from the Red Portal next to Anya, this is one of the most farmed spots in the game. Pindleskin can drop every item in the game except 3:
tyrael'smight, azurewrath, and arachnidmesh.
While his TC is 87, his mLVL is only 86 which is not high enough to meet the qLVL requirements of these items.
