Chaos Preparation is about getting Diablo spawned as quickly as possible inside a full game. Diablo is an optimal part of the Ladder Level 99 grind when D and F Rank Terror Zones are active (see our Terror Zone Tier List). Diablo is a significant source of Experience at Level 98. Completed builds in the Chaos Preparation Tier List are ranked in accordance with their average efficiency of solo-executing the Seal Bosses with a Full Party in the game.
