Skill Breakdown

Kinetic Blast CoC Fireball

• Kinetic Blast shoots out projectiles that explode in an AoE when colliding with terrain, an enemy or reaching their final destination. In this build, its not used for damage, only to activate CoC.
• Awakened Cast On Critical Strike Support triggers supported Skills whenever you critically strike. It has an internal cooldown of 0.15s.
• Divergent Fireball shoots out a fiery projectile that explodes in an AoE when it collides with terrain or an enemy. This is our main damage dealer.
• Awakened Greater Multiple Projectiles Support increases the amount of Projectiles that supported skills fire.
• Empower Support increases the Level of all linked Active Skill Gems.
• Divergent Inspiration Support grants you an Inspiration Stack whenever you use a skill, up to 5. Each stack grants more Elemental Damage and increased Critical Strike Chance. Divergent Inspiration Support also grants a massive reduced Mana cost bonus.

Auras

• Grace scales our Evasion stat giving us a much higher chance of avoiding attack based damage.
• Anomalous Precision provides Accuracy and increased Critical Strike Chance. The alternate quality of this gem provides increased mana reservation efficiency which allows for additional levels.
• Zealotry provides more damage and increased Critical Strike Chance to Spells.
• Herald of Ash provides Physical Damage as extra Fire damage and boosts the damage of Fire Spells.
• Divergent Vitality is only used to activate the Vitality Mod on our Watcher's Eye.
• Enlighten Support is linked to Auras to make them reserve less Mana.

Utility

Mobility

• Shield Charge is a movement skill that charges you towards a targeted location. Both Attack and Movement Speed make this skill faster.
• Faster Attacks Support significantly increases the Attack Speed of supported Skills.

Defence

• Cast when Damage Taken Support automatically triggers the supported skill gem when taking a hit. Lower levels of Cast When Damage Taken require less damage to trigger (Use Level 1 for this build).
• Immortal Call reduces incoming Physical and Elemental Damage during its effect (Use Level 3 for this Build).

Curse and Buffs

• Anomalous Blood and Sand is used for the increased Projectile Speed from the Anomalous Quality. Never swap stances, always stay in Sand Stance.
• Anomalous Flammability drastically reduces enemy Fire Resistance.
• Enhance Support increases the quality of linked active skill gems.

Mark-Setup

• Sniper's Mark is a colossal single target damage multiplier and can also generate additional hits due to its projectile splitting mechanic.
• Divergent Mark On Hit Support automates the casting of Sniper's Mark at the expense of a considerable trigger mana cost.
• Lifetap Support makes supported skills cost life instead of mana.
• Enhance Support - increases the quality of linked active skill gems.

Vaal Skill

• Vaal Haste drastically increases your Attack, Cast and Movement Speed while activated. You only use the Vaal Version of this skill, as the normal Haste has a Mana Reservation cost you can't afford.
