Season 4 is running for a few weeks now and the Maxroll Team is excited to release our massive Mid-Season 4 Update. You can see the full 1.4.3 Patch Notes here. This Maxroll update has a ton of Build Guides updates as well as the release of two whole new Build Guides: Flay Barbarian and Andariel's Puncture Rogue!
All of our Tier Lists have been updated, including Endgame Tier List and The Pit Tier List. You can use our search bar to find any Aspect, Unique, Side Quest, Dungeon, or other Resources. Let's dive in and see everything on offer for this update!
Patch Takeaways
The changes in this patch are aimed at buffing classes and builds that are not performing as well as their counterparts. The difficulty of the Pit to ensure that most builds are able to get to Tier 60 to get their final tier of Masterworking materials:
- Health and damage levels have been reduced in the Pit. The adjustment is most significant as players approach tier 60, so more players can fully participate in Masterworking.
- All Tormented bosses have had their health reduced by 30%. This includes Blood Boils from Tormented Echo of Lilith.
Significant changes includes a severe nerf to Holy Bolts, a huge buff to Andariel's Visage. The stat requirements for non-main stats has been reduced from 90 to 60 per Paragon Board. Druid sees a lot of buffs overall, as well as Necromancer Sacrifices.

Tier Lists
It wouldn't be a complete Mid-Season 4 Update without Tier List updates! Tier Lists are a great way to see how different builds and classes stack up against each other in various parts of the game. The Endgame Build Tier List which is your go-to to look for a good build for all activities, including Nightmare Dungeons, has been updated carefully! The Pit Bossing Tier List has also been heavily updated with the latest changes. Go get those coveted Masterworking materials!
