Boss Loot Table Cheat Sheet

Path of Exile 2 has various Pinnacle Boss Encounters with exclusive loot drop pools. This means that the only source for the following items is killing these Bosses. With the exception of The Trialmaster and Zarokh, the Atlas Passive Tree allows players to increase the difficulty of an encounter by allocating Boss specific nodes (e.g. +1 to Twisted Domain Difficulty in the Breach Tree). This raises the Area Level by 1 and makes the Boss more difficult, but grants higher tier loot as well as potentially new Unique drops at certain Difficulty thresholds.

Use this Cheat Sheet to figure out what each Boss drops, and at which Difficulty you should run your Bosses to maximize the odds to obtain a certain item.

Place Djinn Barya with "Number of Trials: 4" (Area Level 75+) into the Relic Altar at the Trial of the Sekhemas in Act 2 or Act 2 Cruel. Reach the end of the 4th floor to face Zarokh, who drops one of the listed Unique items upon death. Having a unique Relic active causes Zarokh to additionally drop the corresponding Unique.

Defeat Zarokh, the Temporal in order to loot one of the listed Boss Unique Items:

• The Burden of Leadership Tapestry Relic
  • Causes Zarokh to drop either: Sekhema's Resolve, Sekhema's Resolve or Sekhema's Resolve
• The Changing Seasons Seal Relic
  • Causes Zarokh to drop Sandstorm Visage
• The Last Flame Incense Relic
  • Causes Zarokh to drop Temporalis
• The Desperate Alliance Vase Relic
  • Causes Zarokh to drop Against the Darkness
• The Remembered Tales Coffer Relic
  • Causes Zarokh to drop Blessed Bonds
• The Peacemaker's Draught Amphora Relic
  • This causes Zarokh to drop an additional Barya

Tip: Look out for Gold Grand Spectrum Caches which can spawn after defeating Zarokh, and may generate as one of the chest types in "Contains a Golden Chest" room rewards on the 4th floor. Make sure to save at least one Golden Key as you progress through the 4 floors to not potentially miss out on opening this lucrative chest at the end of your run. The Cache may grant one of the following:

• Grand Spectrum
• Grand Spectrum
• Grand Spectrum

Place Inscribed Ultimatum with "Number of Trials: 10" (Area Level 75+) into the Temple Offering font in the Temple of Chaos in Act 3 or Act 3 Cruel. After you complete the 10th Trial locate a large door on the right after looting your Trial Rewards. Drag Cowardly Fate, Deadly Fate and Victorious Fate into the UI in order to fight The Trialmaster. Defeat The Trialmaster to loot one of the listed Boss Unique Items:

• Glimpse of Chaos
• Hateforge
• Mahuxotl's Machination
• The Adorned
• Zerphi's Genesis

Talk to Dannig and open an Area Level (aLvl) 79+ Expedition Logbook for a chance to find Olroth. Blow up the Skull Icon which indicates his presence to fight him. Click here for an in-depth Expedition mechanics guide for more info.

Defeat Olroth, Origin of the Fall to loot one of the listed Boss Unique Items:

Create a Breachstone by combining 300 Breach Splinters and place it into the Realmgate at the start of your Atlas. This opens a portal to The Twisted Domain where you fight Xesht after completing the Breach leading up to it. Click here for an in-depth Breach mechanics guide for more info.

Defeat Xesht, We Are That Are One to loot one of the listed Boss Unique Items:

Create a Simulacrum by combining 300 Simulacrum Splinters and place it into the Realmgate at the start of your Atlas. Inside you fight waves of monsters with random mods applied in each stage. Defeat Wave 15 of the Simulacrum to drop one of the following uniques:

Simulacrum also grants Distilled Emotions upon completing a wave.

Find Citadels on your Atlas to acquire Boss Fragments. Place Ancient Crisis Fragment, Faded Crisis Fragment and Weathered Crisis Fragment into The Burning Monolith which is a Black-Red structure close to the start of your Atlas. Kill the Arbiter to loot one of the listed Boss Unique Items.
