Use Shrieking Essences of Dread until you see Tier 3 or higher increased Attack Speed. This should take about 13 Essences on average.

You will need at least one open Suffix and one open Prefix before moving on so use Orbs of Annulment if your bow doesn't meet those conditions. Once your bow looks like the one on the left, move to the next step.

For your last modifier, replace your crafted modifier with +(18-20)% to Chaos Damage over Time Multiplier. Your Bow is now complete!
