Socket these Fossils into a 4-socket Resonator (Prime Chaotic Resonator):

Tip: Only prepare one Resonator at a time so you don't risk wasting Currency.

Use your Prime Chaotic Resonator until you see +1 to Level of all Spell Skill Gems. This is a 1/2 chance. Socket one Resonator at a time so you don't waste Currency. You will need 1-2 open Prefixes as well 2 open Suffixes before moving on.

If you have one open Suffix, using Prefixes Cannot be Changed then an Orb of Scouring is better than Annuling.

Important: Using this method increases your chances of hitting a decent tier of % increased Spell Damage alongside +1 all Spell Skills. If you roll into Tier 4+ consider keeping it for the next step.

Benchcraft Can have up to 3 Crafted Modifiers, Cannot roll Attack Modifiers, and any random Prefix (unless you rolled % increased Spell Damage last step).

Go to the Horticrafting Station and use an Augment Physical for 15000 Vivid Crystallised Lifeforce and 1 Sacred Crystallised Lifeforce. This will slam +1 to all Physical Skill Gems.

If +1 to Level of all Spell Skill Gems is removed, you will need to go back to Step 3.

If Tier 4+ % increased Spell Damage is one of your Prefixes, skip to Step 7. If your wand looks like the one on the left, it's time to acquire (60-79)% increased Spell Damage from Jun to finish our Prefixes.

Remove all crafted mods then benchcraft Prefixes Cannot Be Changed before buying a Veiled Orb off of trade.

If the Veiled Orb adds a Veiled Suffix, benchcraft Prefixes Cannot Be Changed then use an Orb of Scouring. Recraft the Metamod and use another Veiled Orb.

If Jun offers Veiled Prefixes that are not % increased Spell Damage, make sure you select a non-caster option such as:

Unveiling one of these options allows you to deterministically remove it by benchcrafting Cannot roll Caster Modifiers then using an Orb of Annulment since your Prefixes are protected. You may need to recraft the metamod multiple times though since it can also be removed with the Annul.

You may need to do these cycles multiple times. Onjce you have unveiled either (70-79)% increased Spell Damage, (18-20)% increased Mana Regeneration Rate or (60-69)% increased Spell Damage, Gain 5% of Non-Chaos Damage as extra Chaos Damage, move to the next step.

To finish your Suffixes, benchcraft Prefixes Cannot be Changed for 2 Divines then go to your Horticrafting Station and use an Augment Physical for 15000 Vivid Crystallised Lifeforce and 1 Sacred Crystallised Lifeforce.

This will guarantee +#% to Physical Damage over Time Multiplier since it is the only Physical-tagged Suffix.

Since this modifier is heavily weighted, it's recommended to stop at Tier 4 or Tier 5 since it can get very expensive if you try to get higher. You will need to recraft Prefixes Cannot be Changed then use an Orb of Scouring then recraft it again before each Augment. Once you are satisfied which your tier, move on to the final step.

Endgame CF +2, Phys DoT

To finish up, benchcraft (11-13)% increased Attack Speed for your last Suffix then go to your Horticrafting Bench and Enchant your Wand with Quality does not increase Physical Damage 1% increased Attack Speed per 8% Quality for 5000 Vivid Lifeforce. Your Wand is now complete!
