Crafting Process: Leaguestart Wand
Getting Your Base
Buy an Item Level 76+ Wand with Fractured (30-38)% increased Critical Strike Chance (Tier 2+) or (80-109)% increased Critical Strike Chance for Spells (Tier 2+). The best bases to choose from are:
- Prophecy Wand
- Omen Wand
- Sage Wand
Essences of Woe
Use Shrieking Essence of Woe until you see (80-109)% increased Critical Strike Chance for Spells (Tier 2+) or (30-34)% increased Critical Strike Chance (Tier 2+) depending on the fracture you bought. This is a 1/38 chance with a Fractured Suffix.
Removing Extra Mods
To finish, benchcraft (13-15)% increased Mine Throwing Speed. Your Wand is now finished!
If your Suffixes are full you'll need to use an Orb of Annulment. If you remove any of your good modifiers, go back to Step 2.
Crafting Process: Endgame Wand
Getting Your Base
Buy a Wand with Fractured (35-38)% increased Critical Strike Chance (Tier 1). You must choose an Item Level of 82 or lower or the craft becomes much harder. The best bases to choose from are:
- Prophecy Wand
- Omen Wand
- Sage Wand
If prices or availability is too scarce, settling for Tier 2 is fine as well.
Fossil Combination
Socket these Fossils into a 3-socket Resonator (Powerful Chaotic Resonator):
- Corroded Fossil
- Metallic Fossil
- Shuddering Fossil
Tip: Only prepare one Resonator at a time so you don't risk wasting Currency.
Crafting the Prefixes
Use your Powerful Chaotic Resonator until you see +1 to Level of all Spell Skill Gems and +1 to Level of all Chaos Spell Skill Gems together. This is a 1/6 chance so it can definitely take quite a few tries. Socket only a few Resonators at a time so you don't risk wasting Currency.
Important: Using this method increases your chances of hitting a decent tier of % increased Spell Damage. If you roll into Tier 4+ consider keeping it for the next step.
Removing Extra Mods
You need to use Orbs of Annulment to remove any extra Prefix or if you have 3 Suffixes before the next step. If you have an extra Suffix benchcraft Prefixes Cannot be Changed and then use an Orb of Scouring.
Important: If you rolled into Tier 4+ % increased Spell Damage in the the last step, skip to the next step instead.
Finishing Up
To finish up, benchcraft Can have up to 3 Crafted Modifiers, then craft (55-66)% increased Spell Damage and (13-15)% increased Mine Throwing Speed.
Important: If you already have Tier 4+ Spell Damage, do not benchcraft Can have up to 3 Crafted Modifiers. Instead, you have 2 options for finishing your wand. If you have spare currency, benchcraft Prefixes Cannot be Changed and Reforge Critical for either % increased Critical Strike Chance for Spells or +#% to Global Critical Strike Multiplier. Afterward, benchcraft (13-15)% increased Mine Throwing Speed to finish. For your second option you can benchcraft Prefixes Cannot be Changed then use a Veiled Orb for a chance at unveiling a useful Suffix such as +(36-40)% Critical Strike Multiplier while a Rare or Unique Enemy is Nearby or (6-7)% chance to deal Double Damage. This is not guaranteed like the reforge though.
