Socket these Fossils into a 3-socket Resonator (Powerful Chaotic Resonator):

Tip: Only prepare one Resonator at a time so you don't risk wasting Currency.

Use your Powerful Chaotic Resonator until you see +1 to Level of all Spell Skill Gems and +1 to Level of all Chaos Spell Skill Gems together. This is a 1/6 chance so it can definitely take quite a few tries. Socket only a few Resonators at a time so you don't risk wasting Currency.

Important: Using this method increases your chances of hitting a decent tier of % increased Spell Damage. If you roll into Tier 4+ consider keeping it for the next step.

You need to use Orbs of Annulment to remove any extra Prefix or if you have 3 Suffixes before the next step. If you have an extra Suffix benchcraft Prefixes Cannot be Changed and then use an Orb of Scouring.

Important: If you rolled into Tier 4+ % increased Spell Damage in the the last step, skip to the next step instead.

To finish up, benchcraft Can have up to 3 Crafted Modifiers, then craft (55-66)% increased Spell Damage and (13-15)% increased Mine Throwing Speed.

Important: If you already have Tier 4+ Spell Damage, do not benchcraft Can have up to 3 Crafted Modifiers. Instead, you have 2 options for finishing your wand. If you have spare currency, benchcraft Prefixes Cannot be Changed and Reforge Critical for either % increased Critical Strike Chance for Spells or +#% to Global Critical Strike Multiplier. Afterward, benchcraft (13-15)% increased Mine Throwing Speed to finish. For your second option you can benchcraft Prefixes Cannot be Changed then use a Veiled Orb for a chance at unveiling a useful Suffix such as +(36-40)% Critical Strike Multiplier while a Rare or Unique Enemy is Nearby or (6-7)% chance to deal Double Damage. This is not guaranteed like the reforge though.
