Crafting a Wand for CoC Nimis KB Deadeye in Path of Exile doesn't have to be a daunting task. Follow this simple step-by-step guide to craft your own. By following the process below you'll be able to make a Weapon resembling the one here. Link to Full Build Guide.

Getting Your Base
Buy and Item Level 73+ Wand with Fractured +1 to Level of all Fire Spell Skill Gems or +1 to Level of all Spell Skill Gems. A lower Item Level is best. Fractured +1 Spell is a small upgrade over +1 Fire compared to the price so +1 Fire is recommended unless you have a lot of Currency to spend.
An Imbued Wand is best since it has high local increased Attack Speed. Other good alternatives are an Engraved Wand or Carved Wand.

Essences of Dread
Use Deafening Essence of Dread until you see (35-38)% increased Critical Strike Chance. This is a ~1/120 chance with a Fractured Prefix depending on your Item Level.
Finishing the Suffixes
Follow these steps to add 17% or higher to local increased Attack Speed.
- If your Wand already has a third Suffix , you need to gamble the 1/3 chance with an Orb of Annulment.
- If you remove either the (35-38)% increased Critical Strike Chance or (42-46)% increased Projectile Speed at any point you must restart from Step 1 of the craft.
- With at least 1 open Prefix and 1 open Suffix, craft Suffixes Cannot be Changed and use a Harvest Reforge Speed for 150 Vivid Crystallised Lifeforce.
- If you add 14% or higher increased Attack Speed, move to the next Step.
- If you fail to hit 14% or higher with the Speed Reforge, try to remove it with an Orb of Annulment. If you fail, you must start from Step 1.
Adding a Veiled Prefix
Use a Wild Bristle Matron to craft Suffixes Cannot be Changed on your Wand or Benchcraft it yourself, then use a Veiled Chaos Orb to add a Veiled Prefix. If you don't want to risk filling up your Prefixes (roughly a 10% chance), acquire an Aisling Crafting Bench instead.
Unveiling
Benchcraft (40-59)% increased Physical Damage then Unveil one of these Prefixes:
- (70-79)% increased Fire Damage, (21-23)% chance to Ignite
- (70-79)% increased Spell Damage, (18-20)% increased Mana Regeneration Rate
- (60-69)% increased Spell Damage, Gain 5% of Non-Chaos Damage as extra Chaos Damage
If you fail to Unveil one of these, go back to Step 4.
Finishing the Prefixes
For the last Prefix, Benchcraft Gain (7-8)% of Fire Damage as Extra Chaos Damage.
Finishing Up
Go to your Horticrafting Bench and Enchant your Wand with Quality does not increase Physical Damage 1% increased Attack Speed per 8% Quality for 5000 Primal Crystallised Lifeforce to finish. Your Wand is now complete!
