Finish by benchcrafting (51-60)% increased Spell Damage, (13-15)% increased Mana Regeneration Rate. You will need an open Prefix. If you haven't unlocked this Veiled benchcraft yet, simply use (45-54)% increased Spell Damage until you do.

(11-13)% increased Attack Speed is also an option.

Use Deafening Essences of Woe until Tier 2+ Damage Over Time Multiplier. This is a 1/133 chance.
