Crafting a Shield for Hexblast Mines Saboteur

Use Deafening Essence of Greed until you see a (80-109)% increased Critical Strike Chance for Spells (Tier 2+). This is a 1/31 chance.

If you have room for a third Prefix, benchcraft (56-74)% increased Energy Shield. If you have room for more Suffixes use Exalted Orbs for a 1/8 chance at Tier 4 or higher Elemental Resistance with each slam.

If your Prefixes are full, benchcraft Elemental Resistances as needed instead. If you don't have room for any of these options you can use Orb of Annulment and start again from Step 2 if it removes any of your good modifiers.
