Oliver, the Wandering Merchant, randomly appears in 1 of 4 zones: Forest of Giants, Seaswept Woods, Skyreach Steppe or Sweetwater Forest. When he spawns, he will be in all channels and stay for about 6 hours.

Cooking Guide
The cook is an important NPC that is available in all regions of the game. This NPC helps you craft some cooking entries for your adventure tome. The Tortoyk cook, Supisu, is located in Mokoko Village.
Buy Sweet-o-sweet Honey for 190,000 Silver from Tellara in Mokoko Village. Use it at the cook to craft Pow Pow Honey Health Tonic.
Plenty Plenty Mokoko Gift Package can be picked up in this corner in Sweetwater Forest.
First you must buy Cashew Fruit for 30,000 Silver from Purpur located in Mokoko Village. Using it at the cook gives you Rough Cashew Powder or Fine Cashew Powder. You need 10 Rough Cashew Powder and 2 Fine Cashew Powder to craft Cashew Cashew Smoothie.
You must first buy Boiled Mokoko Egg for 100,000 Silver from Purpur in Mokoko Village. Wait 1 minute for Boiled Mokoko Egg to turn into Eggy Eggy Soft Boiled Egg. Eat it quickly, waiting another minute turns it into Yucky Yucky Hard Boiled Egg.
Take a Honeycomb from these bees in Seaswept Woods. Use it at the cook to craft Sweet Sweet Royal Jelly.
In Tortoyk's Heart dungeon, pick up Egg of Creation Shell at this circled location. Go to the cook to craft Crunch Crunch Fried Shell .
Field Boss Caspiel in Skyreach Steppe has a chance of dropping Shattered Dip and Pour Bowl. At the cook, use it to craft Half and Half, Dip and Pour.
