Island Token Acquisition
The Notos Island Token is a reward from the quest With Didi. The quest appears once you have completed 3 of the Notos Island Una's Tasks as well as all the island quests on Notos Island.
Technically you can get Notos Island Token in 2 days. After finishing the 1st Una's Task: 
Whale Tale, complete the quest Whalesongs. After completing Whalesongs, the 2nd Una's Task: Whalekeeper's Reward will appear in your available Una's Tasks. You can complete both of these in 1 day since they are two unique Una's Tasks. Then complete the Una's Task on the 2nd day and you will receive Notos Island Token.
Completing the 2nd reputation tier for Notos Island's Una's Task rewards you with a Humpback Whale Oil. To obtain Ice Maze Isle Token, you must obtain Humpback Whale Oil for the quest on Ice Maze Isle.

Mokokos
Bellita Rapport
To unlock Bellita as an NPC that you can do rapport with, you must fulfill a quest condition and a virtue condition.
The quest you must complete is called Whalesongs. You can receive this quest from Bellita as part of a quest chain.
In regards to virtues, you must have 
30 Kindness.
To achieve trusted stage with Bellita, it takes a total of 18,000. Assuming you won't use rapport gifts, have learned all relevant songs and emotes, and finish all rapport related quests with her, it will take around 34 days for you to max rapport with Bellita.
