New Div Card Eldritch Perfection

Every league brings new Divination Cards, and the first of these cards coming in 3.23 is Eldritch Perfection.

Embrace the horror of getting a Perfect (Tier 6) Eldritch Implicit Modifier!

Normally the way to obtain a Perfect Eldritch implicit is to use Greater Eldritch Embers, Grand Eldritch Embers, or Exceptional Eldritch Embers until you hit the desired modifier. Then elevate it with Orb of Conflict or imprint-elevate it until you hit Tier 6. There's quite a bit of RNG here, so getting a Perfect implicit can get quite pricey.

The value of this card is inversely proportional with its rarity. Like with Arrogance of the Vaal or Broken Promises there's an absurd level of variance here. First up you need a good base, and second you need a good Eldritch Implicit. The Searing Exarch and Eater of Worlds mod pools are absolutely brimming with junk that's so conditional it resembles a Diablo 4 modifier!

So even if we're conservative here there's around 30,000 combinations! Most of which aren't desirable.

However, if the card is reasonably common it could be a great way to snipe a needle in a haystack. Some Perfect Eldritch implicit modifiers offer incredible value, you can get greater Proliferation range, Mana Reservation Efficiency, or Aura Effect. But others like Action Speed offer the same bonuses for Exquisite (Tier 5) and Perfect (Tier 6). If Eldritch Perfection is a rare card, they won't be turned in often enough to be useful.
