Getting Your Base
Buy an Item Level 84+ pair of Sorcerer Boots with a Tier 1 Fractured Resistance: (46–48)% to Cold/Fire/Lightning Resistance.

Essences of Torment
Use Deafening Essences of Torment until you see a second Tier 1 Resistance. This is a 1/35 chance.
- Chaos Resistance is also a viable option if you don't need Elemental.
- If the boots will be your only source of Shock Avoidance for Stormshroud, you will need at least 59% or more Chance to Avoid Being Shocked.
Making Room
If you don't have at least one open Prefix, use a Lesser Eldritch Ember to apply Exarch Dominance. Then, use an Eldritch Orb of Annulment to make room. You might need to do this multiple times.
- For example, we would want to get rid of one of these 3 highlighted Prefixes before moving on.
Adding the Veiled Prefix
Craft Suffixes Cannot be Changed and use a Veiled Chaos Orb.
If the reforge filled up your Prefixes, use an Eldritch Orb of Annulment after applying Exarch Dominance (assuming you didn't reforge into high tier +# maximum Life).
Unveiling Movement Speed
Benchcraft +(25-34) to maximum Mana and unveil Movement Speed.
(25-30)% increased Movement Speed, (13-16)% chance to gain Onslaught for 4 seconds on Kill is best.
Finishing Up
Benchcraft +(56-70) to maximum Life and then slam with an Exalted Orb (assuming you didn't reforge into Life).
You must benchcraft +(56-70) to maximum Life so there's no risk of slamming a horrible tier of max Life.
Eldritch Implicits
Read the Eldritch Implicit Guide if you need help with crafting the Implicits:
- (39–41)% chance to Avoid being Shocked (Exarch)
- Poisons you inflict deal Damage 10% faster (Eater)
If you have Shock Avoidance elsewhere (Abyss Jewel), 6% increased Action Speed (Exarch) is the best alternative.
