Crafting an Elemental Quiver for Lightning Arrow or Tornado Shot

Use Deafening Essences of Torment until you see Bow Attacks fire 1 additional Arrows. This is a 1/147 chance with a Fractured Suffix. Shrieking Essence of Torment is perfectly fine as well early league when prices can be ridiculous.

Before moving to the final crafting step you will need an open Suffix and no other Attack-tagged modifiers other than the Adds # to # Lightning Damage to Attacks Prefix and your +1 Arrow Suffix. An example of this is on the left.

The only way to do this is to use Orbs of Annulment. If you remove either of your key modifiers you'll need to restart.

If your quiver still has +# to maximum Life or #% increased Damage with Bow Skills this is fine since we can remove them in the next step. Just make sure you have an open Suffix.

Once your Quiver looks similar to the one on the left, we can now deterministically add high tiers of +# to maximum Life and #% increased Damage with Bow Skills. This is done by cycling through Exalt slamming and Annuling with the metamod Cannot Roll Attack Modifiers.

First, benchcraft Cannot Roll Attack Modifiers for 1 Divine Orb. Then use 2 Exalted Orb to add +# to maximum Life and #% increased Damage with Bow Skills. If you already had 2 Prefixes then you can skip to the next paragraph.

If you added Tier 3+ +# to maximum Life and Tier 2+ #% increased Damage with Bow Skills you can move to the next step. Otherwise, use an Orb of Annulment to remove low tiers of these Prefixes before trying again.

Be sure to only use one Annul at a time since the Cannot Roll Attack Modifiers can be removed as well and you will need to recraft it!

To finish, benchcraft (7-12)% increased Attack Speed. Your Quiver is now complete!
