Crafting Endgame Items for Archmage Hierophant Builds doesn't have to be a daunting task. Follow this simple step-by-step guide to craft your own items for your build. By following the process below you'll be able to make items like the wand here.

Crafting Process: Profane Wand
Step 1
Getting Your Base

For your weapon, buy an ilvl 83+ Profane Wand off of trade with either fractured Cast Speed or Maximum Mana. Look for at least 25% increased Cast Speed or +130 Maximum Mana or higher for the Fractured modifier.
Crafting Process: Rings

For your ring, buy an ilvl 83+ Amethyst Ring off of trade with at least one of Fractured Dexterity, Cast Speed, or Maximum Life. Tier 2+ is fine. Trade link here.
Crafting Process: Amulet

For your amulet, buy an ilvl 81+ Citrine Amulet off of trade with either Fractured increased Mana Regeneration Rate or increased Cast Speed. At least Tier 2+ is best. Trade link here.
Use Fertile Catalyst while the Amulet is Magic to increase Life and Mana modifiers.
Crafting Process: Other Items
Since the other items in the Archmage Hierophant build are basic Life, Mana, and Resistance Rare items, your best bet is to use Shrieking Essence of Greed on Energy Shield bases until you hit Resistances and Maximum Mana, then finish with benchcrafting Hybrid Resistance & Chaos Resistance.
Another option is to simply buy off of trade, since players crafting with Rog produce a lot of items like this throughout the entire league for cheap.
