World Tree Leaves are collected by doing life skill activities in the open world. A higher life skill level gives a higher chance of a World Tree Leaf randomly appearing when you forage, mine, log, hunt, fish or excavate.
World Tree Leaves Rewards
Upon collecting a certain amount of World Tree Leaves, you can unlock the rewards below. To collect these rewards, you can go to any main city and speak to the merchant with the World Tree Leave icon.
World Tree Leaves Special Sources
Besides the World Tree Leaves you naturally obtain from each Life Skill, you can also earn extra World Tree Leaves from specific sources. These include completing special quests in certain zones or trading with Wandering Merchants. Below is a detailed list of each Special World Tree Leaf and the methods to obtain them:
Punika
- World Tree Leaf #74 → Buy Mysterious Green Pouch for 300 Gathering Powder from Wandering Merchant Rayni. Open the pouch to have a chance for the Leaf.
- You get Gathering Powder by exchanging Uncommon and Common Foraging materials at any Trade Skill Material Exchange NPC (you can find one in most capital cities).
- World Tree Leaf #75 → Purchase Akam Wood Block from the Stronghold Merchant Nasha and use it to buy Soft Pouch from Wandering Merchant Rayni. The pouch contains the Leaf.
- World Tree Leaf #76 → Mine Platinum nodes on Starsand Beach to obtain Crystallized Platinum. You need 10 to buy Splendid Platinum Pouch from Wandering Merchant Rayni. The pouch contains the Leaf.
South Vern
- World Tree Leaf #83 → Hunt Candaria Rabbits in Candaria Territory for a chance to obtain Full-Colored Leather. You need 10 to buy Tough Leather Pouch from Wandering Merchant Evan. The pouch contains the Leaf.
- World Tree Leaf #84 → Fish in Bellion Ruins and obtain Paunchy Fish. Use them until you get Elegant Ring. Use the ring to buy Marvelous Magick Pouch from Wandering Merchant Evan. The pouch contains the Leaf.
- World Tree Leaf #85 → Excavate in Bellion Ruins until you obtain Exquisite Tablet. This item starts the
Glowing Mud quest which rewards Completed Stone Tablet. - You need 10 additional Exquisite Tablet to finish the quest.
- Exchange Completed Stone Tablet for Gem-Studded Pouch from Wandering Merchant Evan. The pouch contains the Leaf.
Elgacia
- World Tree Leaf #98 → Collect 10 Sky Wind Flower Petal by harvesting purple Alpine Blue Flower in Mount Phylantos. Exchange those at Wandering Merchant Flanos for Scented Pouch. The pouch contains the Leaf.
- World Tree Leaf #99 → Obtained from Awakened Secret Tree. To grow an Awakened Secret Tree (RNG), use the active Logging skill “Wild Growth” on a Secret Sapling in Hestera Garden.
- World Tree Leaf #100 → Use Mining Bomb skill on Strong Coral nodes in Hestera Garden to turn them into Red Deposits. Harvest those and collect 10 Crystallized Red Bauble. Use the 10 Crystallized Red Bauble and 90 Strong Iron Ore to craft Helpful Gift Chest at your Stronghold.
- To craft the Helpful Gift Chest, you need to buy the recipe “Helpful Gift Chest” from the Stronghold Merchant Saha of other people's Stronghold.
- Open it to obtain a Lazenith's Pendant and exchange it for a Shiny Pouch from Wandering Merchant Flanos. The pouch contains the Leaf.
Voldis
- World Tree Leaf #107 → Hunt in Great Rainforest until you obtain Untreated Leather. This item starts the quest Stubborn Alchemy. Completing the quest chain rewards you with Completely Processed Top-Grade Leather.
- Buy Uncommon Leatherworking Chest from the Exchange NPC Ukahi in Kalinar until you get Precise Facet Needle. Each chest costs 360 Hunting Powder.
- You get Hunting Powder by exchanging Uncommon or Common Hunting materials at any Trade Skill Material Exchange NPC (you can find one in most capital cities).
- You can buy up to 10 Uncommon Leatherworking Chest per day.
- Use Precise Facet Needle and Completely Processed Top-Grade Leather to craft Processed Top-Grade Leather Armor at the Alchemist NCP Kemia in Kalinar. This item can be exchanged at the Wandering Merchant Gudis for Pouch Seeping With Magick which contains the Leaf.
- Buy Uncommon Leatherworking Chest from the Exchange NPC Ukahi in Kalinar until you get Precise Facet Needle. Each chest costs 360 Hunting Powder.
- World Tree Leaf #108 → Fish in Sage's Tower until you obtain Daring Fish, which you should exchange at the Wandering Merchant Gudis for Rainbow Bait before it expires. This item starts the quest Rainbow Light Gift Bag which rewards Rainbow Fish. The fish contains the Leaf.
- World Tree Leaf #109 → Use Re-blossoming Bud which is crafted at the Alchemist NPC Kemia in Kalinar, you need the following ingredients:
- World Tree Small Leaf Bud: Excavate in Great Rainforest until you get Secret Map Piece which starts the quest Faded Blessing. Complete it to obtain Secret Map which leads you to a Secret Dungeon in which you obtain Dry World Tree Leaves which dismantles into the World Tree Small Leaf Bud.
- Rainbow Leather: Obtain 360 Hunting Powder by exchanging Uncommon or Common Hunting materials at any Trade Skill Material Exchange NPC (you can find one in most capital cities). Exchange them for Uncommon Leatherworking Chest at the Exchange NPC Ukahi in Kalinar.
- You can buy up to 10 Uncommon Leatherworking Chest per day. Open it until you get Rainbow Leather.
- Rainbow Scale: Fish in Sage's Tower until you obtain Pudgy Fish which has a chance to contain Rainbow Scale.
- Rainbow Essence: Buy it for 1000 Gold from Wandering Merchant Gudis.
- World Tree Small Leaf Bud: Excavate in Great Rainforest until you get Secret Map Piece which starts the quest
South Kurzan
- World Tree Leaf #116 → Forage in Vesper, the Cursed Land until you obtain Lost Letter. This item starts A Once-in-a-lifetime message, which rewards Melancholy Pouch. Open the pouch to obtain the leaf and Faded Stem.
- World Tree Leaf #117 → This Leaf requires multiple life skills as well as obtaining the previous World Tree Leaf #116. You need to do the following:
- Exchange Faded Stem to Wandering Merchant Donia for Vine Woven Tiara.
- Mine 10 Weathered Ore in Vesper, the Cursed Land. Exchange them to Wandering Merchant Donia for Copper Ring.
- Obtain 5 Sooty Shard from Sooty Ore (Use Mining Bomb (Lv 30 Mining required) in Silver Ore deposits in Vesper, the Cursed Land).
- Obtain 5 Weathered Log from Logging in Vesper, the Cursed Land.
- Obtain Engraved Chest from Gemet after reaching Trusted rapport.
- Using 5 Sooty Shard, 5 Weathered Log, the Engraved Chest and 100 Gold, craft Wooden Gift Box at Processor Osei in Elnead.
- Using Wooden Gift Box, Vine Woven Tiara, Copper Ring and 500 Gold, craft Melancholy Gift Box at Processor Osei in Elnead. This box contains the leaf and Melancholy Ring which can be sold for 1m Silver.
- World Tree Leaf #118 → Use Mining Bomb (Lv 30 Mining required) in Silver Ore deposits in Vesper, the Cursed Land to obtain Sooty Ore. Use that item for a chance at obtaining Blue Colored Shard. Trade it to Wandering Merchant Donia for Sooty Pouch. The pouch contains the leaf.
