The Totopia Island Token can be obtained by completing the quest The Case of the Missing Totopian which is preceded by the quest Her Name. The quest Her Name appears once you have completed 5 days of the Una's Task: Totopia Tutor for a Day and the quest Ugly Little Pigerett.
