Island Token Acquisition

Kalthertz Island Token is a RNG drop from Chest of Reward and Released Prisoner's Pouch. You can acquire these two items by freeing the prisoners held on the island by using pirate coins to buy their freedom.

Once freed, you receive either Chest of Reward or Released Prisoner's Pouch in your mail. If you received Released Prisoner's Pouch, you will receive an additional reward. There are 6 prisoners and each prisoner gives you different rewards. You can free a maximum of 5 prisoners a day.

If you're going for the most cost-efficient method to obtain Kalthertz Island Token, it's better to free the 900 Pirate Coins Males and 600 Pirate Coins Females. When you free them, they will either reward you with Pirate Coins or Gratuitous Reward Chest. 50% of the time, you net a profit, as they sometimes return 1,500 Pirate Coins or more. You could also get unlucky and get fewer Pirate Coins than you spent to free them.
