Island Token Acquisition
Atropos Island Token is a RNG drop from Wish Pouch. Wish Pouch is a reward for throwing Lynnis Commemorative Coin in the fountain near the middle of the town square, pictured below. You get 3 Lynnis Commemorative Coin every time you complete the Una's Task on Atropos.

Complete the cooperative quest A Perilous Path on the island 25 times to complete an achievement for +3 Courage. The quest spawns at the fountain in the north. You are required to 12 times to complete the quest.

Each Una's Task completion rewards

The black merchant is located in a hidden area of Atropos, shown in the image below. The merchant spawns every 1 to 2 hours.
