We just received word that the Patch 2.6 PTR will start Tuesday, 24th January, at 10:00 AM PST (7:00 PM CET). The focus of this PTR is to test the 9 new Runewords that have been revealed by MacroBioBoi, Dbrunski, LuckyLuciano, and Kano. It will end 7 days later on Tuesday 31st January, at 10:00 AM PST (7:00 PM CET).
Around 2 weeks ago we already got word about the start of Ladder Season 3 which will be in mid-February. Looking at our previous resets, we can expect another Thursday (Friday night for EU and Asia) for the launch day. So we are looking at either the 16th or 23rd.
New Runewords
9 new Runewords have been revealed that will be available for testing during the 7 days of PTR.
New Builds and Min-Max Opportunities?
We expect Metamorphosis, Mosaic, and Hustle (Weapon) to have a large impact for a lot of builds, especially for the ultra damage min-maxers amongst you!

New Early-Mid Game Gear Options
5 new Resistance Helmets become available as early as Nightmare Countess to help you and your Mercenary in your progression through more difficult content. They can also counteract the negative effects of Sunder Charms, making them a great option for the Mid-Game. The Hustle Armor gives an alternative option to stealth but the required Ko Rune might push its availability back to Hell Countess.
