Overcharged Delves Official Preview

Overcharged Delves are one of the new features in Patch 11.1.7 Legacy of Arathor, bringing tougher challenges and powerful titan-themed rewards.

Two Bountiful Delves each day will feature the Overcharged Affixthough Overcharged Delves can be completed as many times as you like. These Delves are easily identifiable on the map with a little extra spark added to the icon.

To get started, you can pick up the first of a short quest chain Titanic Rumblings from your Adventure Journal, then continue on by speaking with Dagran Thaurissan II in Dornogal for the Titan Consoles quest to unlock access to the Overcharged Console. Completing this quest chain will provide the Durable Information Securing Container belt. Wearing this belt alone provides additional stat bonuses along with a Prismatic Slot. In addition, there are Miniature Titan Discs that can be added to the belt which are found at the end of select Delves.

As you progress through a Delve, you will also be able to collect Titan Disc Shards to reforge them into Titan Discs to use at the Overcharged Console to unlock powerful boons.

Durable Information Storage Container (DISC)

The Durable Information Storage Container is a powerful belt which provides some additional benefits to the wearer. Once you’ve obtained your new item, you’ll be able to continue working on item level upgrades for it by completing more tasks for Dagran.

Each week a new quest is available with an Overcharged Chest that contains a Champion item level piece. Dagran will also help you to craft a Titan Memory Card over the first four weeks of quest completions which be used to increase the belt’s item level to its maximum item level of 699.

As you progress through the various Delves you will collect Miniature Titan Discs to empower your belt further.

To activate one of these abilities, you will need to “use” the belt while equipped to access the menu/interface and then select the power you want.

You will automatically begin with two of these Miniature Titan Discs when you first gain your new belt. Additional Miniature Titan Discs can be found in other Delves, though these Delves don’t need to be Overcharged in order to collect them from the chest. To see which Delves have the Miniature Titan Discs you need, you can mouseover the listed power to learn more.

You are only able to activate one disc at a time to get its benefits.

• Charged Bolts: Your spells and abilities have a chance to turn you into a Lightning Rod striking a random enemy target within 40 yards with Nature damage every 3 seconds for 15 seconds.
• Cauterizing Bolts: Your spells and abilities have a chance to turn you into a Lightning Rod causing strikes that heal the lowest health friendly target within 40 yards every 3 seconds for 15 seconds.
• Charged Crystal: Your spells and attacks have a chance to send a Charged Bolt at your target that deals Nature damage split between targets within 8 yards.
• Charged Touch: Your heals have a chance to Spark jumping to the lowest health target within 40 yards, healing them.
• Critical Chain: Your spells and abilities have a chance to trigger Critical Overload, increasing your Critical Strike every 2 seconds for 20 seconds.
• Electric Current: You gain Electric Current upon entering combat, increasing your Mastery by 10 every 2 seconds up to a maximum amount after 24 seconds then cycling back down and repeating.
• Energy Shield: When you take damage, you have a chance to gain a Titan Energy Shield preventing damage for 10 seconds. When the shield expires, it deals 30% of the remaining absorb as Arcane damage split between enemies within 8 yards.
• Spark Burst: Your spells and abilities have a chance to trigger a Spark Burst granting you Haste for 20 seconds.
• Static Charge: Your spells and abilities have a chance to grant you Static Charge, increasing your Versatility for 30 seconds. Each of your next spells and abilities reduce the Versatility bonus by 5%.

Each Overcharged Delve tier of difficulty provides additional rewards. These rewards can vary depending on how many lives you’ve lost within the Delve. Dying subtracts from the lives remaining counter which influences rewards at the end of the Delve.

Players can unlock additional boons from the Overcharged Titan Console to help them through the Delve. Collect 100 Titan Disc Shards to create one Titan Disc. Each rank in the Titan Console requires 1 Titan Disc to unlock it. You will be able to unlock all slots.

First Row:

• Titanic Pyroblast (Rank 0/1): (Passive) Your damaging abilities have a chance to cast Titanic Pyroblast, inflicting Fire damage and stunning the target for 2 seconds.
• Storm Aura (Rank 0/1): (Passive) Suffering damage has a chance to conjure a storm inflicting Nature damage every 1 second for 5 seconds.

Second Row:

• Titan Force Shield (Rank 0/1): (Passive) Falling below 25% health grants an absorbing shield equal to 30% of max health for 30 seconds. Can occur once every 2 minutes.

Third Row:

• Titanic Speed (Rank 0/3): (Passive) Increases movement speed by 10%.

Fourth Row:

• Overcharged Empowerment (Rank 0/1): (Passive) Suffering damage from Overcharged Traps grants 15% increased damage for 7 seconds. Stacks up to 3 times.
• Overcharged Fortification (Rank 0/1): (Passive) Suffering damage from Overcharged Traps reduces damage taken by 10%. Stacks of to 3 times. Additionally you are no longer snared by Electric Sappers

Fifth Row:

• Inspired Mastery (Rank 0/2): (Passive) Increases Mastery.

Sixth Row:

• Tireless Endurance (Rank 0/3): (Passive) Increases Stamina.
• Erupting Strength (Rank 0/3): (Passive) Increases Primary Stat.

Seventh Row:

• Titanic Frenzy (Rank 0/1): (Passive) Killing an enemy restores 5% health and grants 10% haste for 10 seconds. This effect stacks up to 3 times.

Taking a Risk for Rewards

There’s more to gain from taking on these Overcharged Delves and with the risk comes a little extra reward. Completing the Overcharged Delve achievements will reward a new mount and toy.
