Crafting a Helmet for Omniscience builds in Path of Exile is easy if you know what to do. Follow this simple step-by-step guide to craft your own. By following the process below you'll be able to make a Helmet resembling the one here. Link to full build guide.

Getting Your Base
Buy an Item Level 78+ Blizzard Crown off of trade. These key Suffixes will be crafted before moving to the Prefixes:
- (9-10)% increased Mana Reservation Efficiency of Skills (Loathing)
- Regenerate (96.1-128) Life per second (Tier 1)
- (6-8)% or (9-10)% increased Intelligence (Hunter)
Essences of Loathing
First, use Deafening Essence of Loathing until you see Dexterity or Intelligence. This is a 1/23 chance.
- You will need an open Suffix and at least 1 open Prefix for the next step (example given on the left).
- If you reforged into 3 Suffixes or 3 Prefixes, use an Orbs of Annulment until it looks like the example on the left. If you remove one of the key modifiers, go back to Essence spamming.
Adding the Hunter Mod
For this step you will use a Hunter's Exalted Orb to add the % increased Intelligence. Follow these steps carefully:
- Make sure your Prefixes are full with one being a Benchcrafted mod (example given on the left).
- If you only have one Prefix, Benchcraft a Suffix and use an Exalted Orb. Then Benchcraft a third Prefix.
- When the Prefixes are completely full, use a Hunter's Exalted Orb. This is a 1/3 chance to add (6-8)% or (9-10)% increased Intelligence. Go to the next step if you succeed.
- If the key Hunter modifier isn't added (example given on the left), you will need to start over from Step 1. Unfortunately there's no way to save the craft in this state.
Wild Bristle Matron
With at least 1 open Prefix, use a Wild Bristle Matron to add Suffixes Cannot be Changed to your Helmet then use a Veiled Orb to add a Veiled Prefix.
Unveil
Benchcraft Minions have (8-10)% increased maximum Life, +1 to maximum number of Raised Zombies, +1 to maximum number of Skeletons then unveil +(55-60) to maximum Life, Regenerate 5.3 Mana per second from Jun. If the Veiled Orb filled up your Prefixes you will need to unveil without blocking and settle with whatever you get.
If she doesn't give this option, pick one of these:
- +2 to Level of Socketed AoE Gems, (8-10)% increased Area of Effect
- (24-28)% increased Evasion and Energy Shield, +(19-22) to maximum Life
Adding a Veiled Prefix
Assuming you have 2 open Prefixes, Benchcraft +(25-34) to maximum Mana then use an Exalted Orb. After slamming, Benchcraft (7-8)% of Physical Damage from Hits taken as Fire Damage.
The best Helmet Enchant for this build is Berserk Effect.
