Omni Attack Build ring crafting in Path of Exile is pretty straight forward. Follow this simple step-by-step guide to craft your own. By following the process below you'll be able to make a Ring resembling the one here.

Getting Your Base
Buy an Item Level 82+ Ring with Fractured (37-42)% increased Elemental Damage with Attack Skills (Tier 1). The best bases to choose from are:
- Amethyst Ring
- Two-Stone Ring
- Diamond Ring
- Vermillion Ring
Trade Link
Tip: This will be a costly craft so it's recommended to pay the premium for a good base.
Tip: Use Catalysts while the base is Magic to save money later.
Scorn Essences
Use Deafening Essences of Scorn until you see Tier 2+ of an Attribute Suffix:
- +(43-50) or (51-55) to Dexterity
- +(43-50) or (51-55) to Intelligence
- +(43-50) or (51-55) to Strength
This is a 1/21 chance with a Fractured Prefix. It's recommended use Shrieking Essence of Scorn as a budget option since it will likely take over 500+ on average throughoutt the entire craft.
- If you roll into two Tier 2+ Attribute Suffixes, skip to Step 5.
Making Room
If you have three Suffixes after rolling into a Tier 2+ Attribute, use an Orb of Annulment. When you have an open Suffix, paired with your Attribute and Crit Multiplier mod, go to the next Step.
- If your third Suffix is another Tier 2+ Attribute, skip to Step 5.
- If you remove either the Scorn modifier or your Tier 2+ Attribute, go back to Step 2.
Finishing the Suffixes
Once your Ring looks like the one on the left (open Suffix):
- If you have 2-3 Prefixes, Benchcraft a Prefix then use an Exalted Orb to slam a Suffix. You are looking for a Tier 2+ Attribute.
- If you only have 1 Prefix, use a Farric Lynx Alpha (you can Benchcraft a Prefix if you have none).
This is a 1/24 chance to hit a Tier 2+ Attribute. If you don't hit the mod you want, use an Orb of Annulment to try to remove the dead Suffix. If you remove the Scorn or Attribute modifier, go back to Step 2.
Wild Bristle Matron
Once your Ring looks like the first picture, use a Wild Bristle Matron Beast to craft Suffixes Cannot be Changed (this is guaranteed and cheaper than spending 2 Divine Orb).
Adding a Veiled Prefix
Use a Veiled Orb to add a Veiled Prefix.
- If the reforge adds a third Prefix, there's unfortunately nothing you can do to fix it. It's not worth it to use an Orb of Annulment since it's better to just sell the Ring after unveiling than to remake the Suffixes if you remove one.
Unveiling Life
Benchcraft +(25-34) to maximum Mana and unveil +(55-60) to maximum Life, Regenerate 5.3 Mana per second from Jun.
Finishing Up
Finish by Benchcrafting Non-Channelling Skills have (-7--6) to Total Mana Cost. Your Ring is now complete!
