Dark Legoros Guardian Raid Guide
Dark Legoros Introduction
Dark Legoros is the first Raid Level 3 Guardian and you need to be at least 802 Item Level to enter this Guardian Raid. This Guardian drops Tier 2 Accessories, Upgrade Materials and Ability Stones as well as rare drops including Runes, Engraving Books and Cards. It takes 10% more damage from Light Element skills.
This Guardian deals high damage with most of his attacks and repositions itself frequently. The Backwards Jump attack can be cast successively, this makes the boss fight harder for classes with long animation time on their skills. Luckily, you can use the Backwards Jump attack to your advantage and force the boss into a corner. Once the Guardian has its back against the wall, the fight becomes significantly easier.
This Guardian guide assumes you know the basics of a Guardian Raid. Check out the General Guardian Raid Guide to learn more.
Special Interactions & Patterns
Counterable Charge
Counter attack is possible during the charge attack pattern. At the start of this attack animation, the Guardian glows blue. The player has a short window to cast a skill with a Counter Attack affix while standing in front of the Guardian. If you manage to pull this off fast enough, the Guardian's attack will be interrupted and staggered for a few seconds. This gives you and your team a short window to use buffs and deal additional damage.
Assassination
Some of this Guardians attacks apply a stackable Blind debuff on hit. Each stack reduces your field of view further. If a player receives a 4th stack, Legoros will vanish for a brief moment, teleport behind that player and perform a double claw attack. This attack deals massive damage and should be avoided at all costs.
Keep moving if you receive the 4th stack and see the Guardian vanishing. The chance of getting hit increases if you stay at the stand still.
You can use Panacea to remove the Blind debuff stacks.
General Patterns
Breath
Dark Legoros does a quick breath attack which hits everyone in front of the Guardian in a huge cone shaped area. This attack is the most frequently used attack of this Guardian. At the same time, this deadly attack can hit you multiple times and even one shot squishy classes.

Backwards Jump
The Guardian jumps backwards to reposition himself. This attack doesn't deal any damage, but be aware of the follow-up attacks! Usually, the Guardian uses the deadly Breath attack after jumping backwards. In this situation, either dodge away from the Guardian if you play a low mobility class or dodge to the left or right of the Guardian to avoid getting hit.
Small Rain
Dark Legoros remains stationary and summons a rain of darkness around him. The safe spot is right behind the Guardian. This attack has a long animation, use this opportunity to deal uninterrupted damage.
This attack applies the Blind debuff on hit.
Big Rain
The Guardian stands on his back feet and breathes towards the sky. A wave of darkness will rain down in a huge area and gradually move towards the Guardian. Don't panic and stay close to the Guardian to deal uninterrupted damage. Once Legoros finishes the animation and returns to the ground, run a few steps away from him to avoid getting hit by a small follow up AoE.
This attack applies the Blind debuff on hit.
Vanish
The Guardian vanishes for a brief moment and reappears at a nearby random location. Make sure to run as a group and close the gap immediately to prevent getting hit by a possible Breath attack.
If a Damage over Time (DoT) effect is applied to the Guardian, you can see the damage numbers appearing before it fully reappears. This allows you to spot him faster and avoid the attack with ease.
Paw Strike
Dark Legoros strikes 2 times with his paw while turning. This attack staggers on hit.
