- Search for Cecil with Roina.
- Speak with Roina.
Quest Rundown
- Investigate the bodies of Callum and Devlin - Next to Roina, there are two bodies. Click on them to investigate.
- Search for Cecil with Roina - Travel to the marked area on the map. You find a man, on hands and knees next to the water, that is whispering. After a short time and a tragic end, the next objective appears.
- Speak with Roina - Talk to Roina. This completes the Whispers from Below Side Quest.
