- Recover the Cleaver from Whispering Vault
- After picking up the quest, head east until you reach the Whispering Vault dungeon.
- Progress into the dungeon until you find the Vault Chest. Open it and pick up the Cleaver of Undying Love.
- Speak to Rakhaan
