Special Shop Guide
Last Updated:April 17, 2025|Changelog
Welcome to the Special Shop guide for Throne and Liberty. The Special Shop is Throne and Liberty's version of a Cash Shop and offers a multitude of things that range from purely cosmetic such as Weapon Skins, Outfits, Morphs, and Amitoi to things that have an in-game effect such as the Solisium's Blessing, Leveling Log, and the Battle Pass. Hopefully, by the end of this guide, you will have a complete understanding of the Special Shop!
Currencies
The Special Shop in Throne and Liberty makes use of three different currencies: Lucent, Ornamental Coins, and Real Money.
Lucent is earned either through the player marketplace by selling various items you can farm or by buying it directly from the Special Shop.
Most things inside the Special Shop can be purchased with Lucent, including Amitoi, Morphs, the Battle Pass Outfits, the Leveling Log, and Weapon Skins. This means that if you utilize the player market to your advantage, you can obtain Special Shop cosmetics without incurring any real monetary costs.

Ornamental Coins are acquired from the Collection Codex and are spent on Dyes and Sewing Thread to modify your costumes.
Real Money can be used in the Special Shop to buy Lucent and Name Change Vouchers.
Recommended Items
Most of the items in the Special Shop are purely cosmetic and up to your taste. The few that have an in-game effect are the Battle Pass, the Leveling Pass (Lv. 1-50): Premium Leveling Log Pass, Skill Conversion Books, and Lucent.
Of these items, the Battle Pass is the most solid investment that you can make if you plan to play long term and don't mind spending a bit of money. The Premium Battle Pass gets access to far more growth materials, cosmetic items, crafting materials, and Sollant. If you have a limited budget, it should be your top priority.
Something else to consider are the Leveling Pass (Lv. 1-50): Premium Leveling Log Pass and Loyal Leveling Pass (Lv. 51-55). In the long term, this purchase provides only a limited number of materials. An argument can be made for getting ahead early, as even a tiny advantage can lead to you placing higher at events and thus getting more materials to progress. This can cause a snowball effect for your early progression, but it is less important than the Battle Pass.
Cosmetics
The Cosmetics in Throne and Liberty can be split into two categories: Weapon Skins and Outfits. Every cosmetic in the Special Shop can be bought with Lucent, making it farmable in-game. The Weapon Skins are applied per weapon type, meaning if you buy a skin for a Staff, it applies to all staves you equip. For Outfits, all outfits available in the Special Shop can be purchased with Lucent and are always accompanied by both male and female versions. There are no gender-locked outfits. Most of the cosmetics that appear in the Special Shop are limited-time items.

Amitoi and Morphs
Much like the costumes in the Special Shop, the Amitoi and Morphs are only available for a limited time. The big difference between the two is that, depending on the item, you can buy Amitoi and Morphs with both Lucent and real money. The real money option is usually available in a bundle, but all of the Amitoi and Morphs available for Lucent are individual purchases.
