Welcome to the Osmiomancy Verity's Prismatic Warlock Build guide! This build utilizes the Exotic Class Item, Solipsism with the perk combination of Spirit of Osmiomancy and Spirit of Verity. This combo excels at generating Vortex Grenade energy and improving grenade damage.

When paired with the Aspect Feed the Void, any ability kill procs Devour, as well as multi-kills with Buried Bloodline. This results in rapid regen of your Vortex Grenades that have increased damage thanks to Spirit of Verity. The constant damage output and ad clear provided by this synergy is useful in any activity.

When the enemies are tanky enough, a Vortex Grenades is almost always on the field. This, combined with the survivability of Devour, makes this setup one of the most powerful Prismatic Warlock builds. Excel in end game content such as Grandmaster Nightfalls, where every enemy has a lot of health.

WARNING: The Prismatic subclass and Solipsism require the Final Shape DLC to unlock. Buried Bloodline requires the Lightfall Dungeon Key to obtain.

Pros

Gameplay Loop

The Osmiomancy Verity's Prismatic Warlock Build revolves around increasing your grenade damage and improving its cooldown.

Start the gameplay loop by getting kills with Buried Bloodline to stack Spirit of Verity.
After several kills with Buried Bloodline or defeating a target with an ability, Devour is granted. This provides incredible survivability and rapid regen of Vortex Grenades.
Focus your Vortex Grenades on enemies with more health, specifically Majors and Bosses. This lets Spirit of Osmiomancy grant you its full benefit by allowing your grenade to damage for the entire duration. Throw your grenade at the boss, then defeat smaller enemies with weapons to guarantee there is another Vortex Grenade ready to be thrown when the previous grenade runs out.
To achieve maximum damage output for Vortex Grenades, while Devour is active, shoot an enemy with Buried Bloodline to weaken them, then hit them with an Arcane Needle to inflict a Darkness Debuff for Facet of Courage, while also granting Radiant with Facet of Dawn.

Super

Nova Bomb: Cataclysm
- Hurl an explosive bolt of Void Light at a target, disintegrating those caught within the blast. Nova Bomb travels slowly and seeks targets. Detonations shatter into smaller seeker projectiles. This is an extremely strong burst damage option that also synergizes with Facet of Purpose to give you Overshield.

Abilities

Healing Rift - Heals you and fireteam members while standing inside the radius.
Burst Glide - Your jump ability is up to you, but the example setup uses Burst Glide.
Arcane Needle - This melee ability gives you three charges. Use it to activate Devour and apply Unravel to enemy targets.
Vortex Grenade - This grenade pulls enemies in to continually damage any enemy caught inside. This pairs so well with Spirit of Osmiomancy, especially on large targets that can withstand the entire duration of a Vortex Grenade damage field. A must pick grenade for this Osmiomancy Verity's Prismatic Warlock build.

Aspects

Feed the Void - Getting a kill with any of your available abilities activates Devour. This aspect increases the amount of health and grenade energy received on kill while Devour is active. Drastically increasing the uptime of Vortex Grenades.
Hellion - Casting Phoenix Dive summons a Solar mortar buddy that stays with you. Hellion fires mortars at nearby enemy targets that apply Scorch on hit.

Fragments

Facet of Protection - Provides bonus damage reduction when surrounded by combatants. Greatly increases the survivability of this build.
Facet of Courage - Grants a 10% damage buff for Light Abilities to enemies affected by Darkness Debuffs. Use Arcane Needle to activate this damage buff.
Facet of Bravery - Defeating a target with a grenade grants Volatile Rounds to Void weapons. Free DPS increase to Buried Bloodline and Edge Transit.
Facet of Purpose - Collecting an Orb of Power grants you an Overshield for extra survivability.
Facet of Dawn - Grants Radiant when hitting an enemy with a powered melee, increasing weapon damage by 25%.

Gearing

Required Gear

Solipsism with Spirit of Osmiomancy and Spirit of Verity is required for this Prismatic Warlock build. These give the build its grenade uptime and damage.

How to acquire:

Dual Destiny Exotic Mission.
Open any chest within the Pale Heart.
Purchase from Xur in the Tower.

WARNING: The Final Shape DLC is required to unlock the Solipsism Exotic Class Item.

Stat Priorities

Resilience > Recovery > Discipline
Resilience is the most crucial stat to focus on. Aim for 100 Resilience to maximize your damage resistance and shield capacity, ensuring better survivability in challenging encounters.
Recovery governs the cooldown on the Warlocks class ability and decreases the time it takes to regenerate your health and shields.
Discipline decreases the cooldown on your grenade ability, allowing it to charge faster.

Artifact Perks

Piercing Sidearms
- Gives your Primary and Special Ammo Sidearms Anti Barrier capabilities, allowing them to break the invulnerable shields of Barrier Champions.
Volatile Marksman
- Scoring rapid precision hits or kills with Void Weapons grants them Volatile Rounds, additionally giving them Anti Barrier capabilities.
Dreadful Finisher
- Finishing powerful combatants creates Special Ammo for you and your fireteam. More Ammo is generated when Finishing Subjugators, Tormentors, and Champions.
Maligned Harvest
- Rapid Volatile application readies a Weakening burst that procs when damaging enemies with a Void Weapon.
Horde Shuttle
- Unraveled enemies occasionally release Threadlings when they take Weapon damage.
Defibrillating Blast
- Stunning a Champion immediately grants and readies Bolt Charge while triggering an Arcbolt which Jolts enemies and partially heals you.
Void Flux
- Defeating Weakened enemies with a Void Weapon creates an explosion, enemies damaged by it become Volatile. Stronger enemies create a larger explosion.

Recommended Weapons

Kinetic Weapon: The Mountaintop - With Auto-Loading Holster and either Recombination or Vorpal Weapon for the best roll.

Energy Weapon: Buried Bloodline - This weapon is the key to always having Devour active while also applying Weaken to enemies.

Power Weapon: Edge Transit - This weapon with Envious Assassin and Bait and Switch is a top tier DPS option.

Alternate Weapon Options

Swap The Mountaintop for Praedyth's Revenge
- This Sniper with Bait and Switch and Kinetic Tremors offers a great damage option. Damage enemies with your other Weapons, swap to this weapon, hit an enemy at least twice to proc Kinetic Tremors before swapping back to your main or heavy weapon.
- This Weapon drops from the (free) Vault of Glass Raid.
If you don't have Buried Bloodline, swap to Graviton Lance.
Swap Edge Transit for The Slammer in content where speed is more important than damage output.
- Eager Edge and Cold Steel is the best perk combination.
- This combo allows for speedy traversal while still offering a solid damage option for close range targets. Cold Steel allows for the stunning of both Overload and Unstoppable Champions.

Summary

In The Final Shape, Osmiomancy Verity's Prismatic Warlock is a top tier ability spam build option. There are plenty of pairings of Exotic Class Item combinations, but this particular one offers so much versatility and damage output. Your Vortex Grenade is the star of the show with its boosted damage and cooldown. The best part is that it thrives in end game content where combatants have more health.
