- Search for Tuji in the Ruins of Qara-Yisu
- Teleport to the Ruins of Qara-Yisu.
- Head right south of the Waypoint to find Tuji the goat. Retrieve it.
- Return Tuji's body to Jargal - Travel back to Jirandai and talk to Jargal.
