The Side Quest has 2 objectives to complete.
- Find Roza and deliver the Bloodied Note - After killing Julek in Kor Dragan Barracks, pick up the Bloodied Note and use the waypoint to travel to Menestad. Find Roza North of the waypoint near the entrance of a large house.
- Speak with Roza - Interact with Roza to finish the Quest.
