Quest Rundown

- Find Flinn - After speaking with Kato in Backwater, travel to the northern most part of the Forsaken Coast coast. Here you will find Flinn.
- Slay Flinn - After finding Flinn and attempting to talk to him, he appears as a Drowned and tries to kill you. Kill him.
- Speak with Kato - After killing Flinn, speak to Kato in the same spot. This completes the quest.
