Ghoa Ruins has a compact, convoluted layout and hosts dangerous Naragi (Snakes) that use Stun attacks. It is solid for farming, but is not currently a possible Nightmare Dungeon. Drowned Seahag is an easy meat piñata boss with only a couple of annoying knockback and slow attacks. This dungeon unlocks the Enshrouding Defensive Aspect, a near useless defensive aspect for the Rogue (the Rogue rarely stands still!)
