BitCraft Farming Guide
Last Updated:June 20, 2025|Changelog
The Farming Profession lets you cultivate plants, which are used as materials for Tailoring, Cooking, and Scholar Professions in BitCraft. With its help, you can concoct life-saving potions, grow plants used for clothing, and brew revitalizing tea. Mastering this profession plays a crucial role in crafting, survival, and trading.
This guide for the game is based on the information available in the BitCraft Demo. As development continues, you can expect new content and balance changes. Pin BitCraft guides to stay notified of future updates.
Stations

There are 2 stations you mainly interact with while leveling this profession:
Farming Station
This is where you start your plant cultivating journey. Every plant needs fertilizer to grow, and this station helps turn Food Waste and Plants into fertilizer. After growing a plant with the help of the Farming Field, use the Farming Station to extract seeds and materials such as filaments from it. This station provides EXP for the Farming Profession.
Farming Field
At the Farming Field, use fertilizer and plant seeds, (gathered from wild plants or extracted using the Farming Station), to grow plants. This is a Passive Station and does not provide EXP for any Professions.
To learn more about the different Stations and their purpose in BitCraft Online, check out the Professions Guide.
Farming Loop

The first Farming-related material you interact with is the Wild Fiber Plant Seed, which allows you to grow a plant and gain Farming levels to unlock subsequent recipes. For example, the list below explains the process of obtaining Rough Wispweave Filament.
- Forage bushes to obtain Wild Fiber Plant Seeds and lavender flowers to get Basic Flower. Use the tracking function in the Compendium to locate nearby bushes or lavender.
- Create Basic Fertilizer at the Farming Station using the Basic Flower.
- Combine the Fertilizer and Wild Fiber Plant Seeds at the Farming Field to grow a Basic Wispweave Plant.
- Finally, extract Basic Wispweave Seeds and Rough Wispweave Filament from the Basic Wispweave Plant at the Farming Station.
- Rough Wispweave Filament is an essential material used at the Tailoring Station to craft Rough Cloth.
- Once you extract the Basic Wispweave Seeds, you can use them instead of the Wild Fiber Plant Seeds to grow the Basic Wispweave Plant at the Farming field.
- Check out the Compendium Guide to learn about tracking and cargo-type resources.
- Learn about cloth crafting in the Tailoring Guide.
Before you forage bushes, you should first follow the Main Quest until you get your cart. This allows you to gather and move a large quantity of the required materials at the same time.
