0.2.0b Hotfix 2

Path of Exile 2 Patch 0.2.0b reduced the life of non-unique monsters, making the campaign easier especially in Act 1. The first Hotfix addressed a bug causing Twister to gain more damage than intended. Now Patch 0.2.0b Hotfix 2 significantly reduces the life bonus given to rare monster minions. This hotfix applies to both the campaign and endgame making it much easier to deal with rare packs.

Hotfix 2

Reduced the life bonus of the minions of Rare monsters from 400% to 94%. This undoes a change that was made in 0.2.0 that when paired with the life change made yesterday, significantly improves the grindy feeling in 0.2.0.
