The Vantage Point God Roll utilizes Jolting Feedback to chain lightning between enemies. This perk is even better when Amplified on an Arc or Prismatic build. Pair this perk with Stats for All to increase your handling, stability, reload and range for a set duration. I also recommend Arrowhead Brake as your Barrel to compensate for the lower Recoil Direction.
Comparable Weapons
Adhortative is a Solar Adaptive Frame Pulse Rifle from Season of the Wish. It can roll with the highly sought after perk combination of Heal Clip and Incandescent.
WARNING: Adhortative requires Lightfall DLC to unlock and is acquired from the Starcrossed Exotic Mission.
Corrasion is another Arc Pulse Rifle, however this one is a Heavy Burst frame. Look for perks Eddy Current and Voltshot for a similar feel to Vantage Point.
Summary
The Vantage Point God Roll gives you access to Jolt without being on an Arc subclass and is easily farmable in Episode: Revenant. This Pulse Rifle is a great addition to any endgame loadout.
