Caged Heart of the Unconstrained Beast – Diablo 4 Druid Malignant Heart

Caged Heart of the Unconstrained Beast is a Druid Wrathful Malignant Heart granting Super buffs. Caged Hearts are socketed into their corresponding colored sockets on your jewelry. Once inserted, hearts can be replaced, but NOT removed. These Malignant Hearts were introduced to Diablo 4 in Season 1 - Season of the Malignant.

Caged Hearts can change the way skills and builds work in significant ways.

The effect of the Caged Heart of the Unconstrained Beast activating Grizzly Rage for a short duration can be extended by getting kills. You cannot get an activation if you are already using Grizzly Rage. You do not need Grizzly Rage to be off cooldown for the activation to happen. You do not need to have Grizzly Rage on your Action Bar to trigger Caged Heart of the Unconstrained Beast and it still benefits from all of its modifiers.
