Caged Heart of Inexorable Force is a Druid Devious Malignant Heart granting Utility buffs. Caged Hearts are socketed into their corresponding colored sockets on your jewelry. Once inserted, hearts can be replaced, but NOT removed. These Malignant Hearts were introduced to Diablo 4 in Season 1 - Season of the Malignant.

Caged Heart of Inexorable Force Mechanics

Caged Hearts can change the way skills and builds work in significant ways.

Caged Heart of Inexorable Force pulls and groups enemies in front of you periodically when you have an Ultimate Skill active. If you are moving, enemies will get pulled and grouped behind you instead. For the entire duration of an Ultimate Skill, the amount of enemies pulled cannot exceed the number indicated on the Caged Heart of Inexorable Force.
