- Khotun's Reach is located on the Ragged Shore, on the coast west to Orbei Monastery.
- Look for the Zakarum Trail Marker at the edge of the Cliffs and interact with it.
- Find the Zakarum Trail Marker on the overlook - Uphill in the middle of the zone, find the next Zakarum Trail Marker to interact with.
- Find the final location - At the north of the Ragged Shore, click on the Strange Scroll. This summons a demon
- Defeat the summoned demon - Slay Izzoth the Deceiver and reap your rewards!
