Shifting City is an incredible dungeon featuring the highly valuable Ravenous Resource Aspect, a quick and easy completion time, and simple objectives. Stock up on your Sigils for this one; you'll run it over and over again for massive hordes of loot!

Dungeon Map

Unlocking the Dungeon
This dungeon is not accessible until you cleanse out the evil in Qara Yisu. This unlocks the Dungeon along with potential vendors and a waypoint. This can be done solo, but goes by quicker with a group of friends.
