New Settlers of Kalguur Event League Starter Builds
On November 7th PST, a new Settlers of Kalguur event launches. Experience the league anew with a fresh economy and ladder reset.
You can dive into Standard, Hardcore, Solo Self-Found, and Solo Self-Found Hardcore leagues. Reach level 50 in any league version to earn a guaranteed Settlers Mystery Box. Tackle the Settlers league challenges and earn rewards.
Event Information
During the event, monsters in every area are affected by a pool of rewarding modifiers. You can choose these modifiers upon entering an area, similar to the Necropolis league. Unlike Necropolis league though, these mods only contain rewards without any penalties or difficulty increases.

New League Starters
Picking a build can be one of the hardest parts of a new league in Path of Exile, it's often overwhelming, so our guides walk you through the leveling process and gearing using Milestones! For Settlers of Kalguur event we've added several new options.
Poison SRS Necromancer
The Poison SRS Necromancer is a well-rounded beast that excels at bossing and here you can find one of the best guides for the build that possesses both high damage and excellent defenses.
With its multiple defensive layers, high life recovery and a high max hit pool from an early stage of the game, very few other minion builds can compete with it defensively.
The Early setup with a 6-link The Covenant is capable of killing all Uber bosses.
Eviscerate Bleed Gladiator
If you're looking for a tanky Bleed Gladiator, the Eviscerate League Starter is the build for you! On top of excellent defenses it has great clear due to the bleed explosions from Gratuitous Violence.
While it excels as a mapper, bosses are a bit more difficult as an Eviscerate Bleed Gladiator.
The build has a very unique playstyle that can be very satisfying to play. However, it is not for everybody as it requires you to get hit to trigger your Retaliate skill and deal damage!
Ground Slam Slayer
Ground Slam of Earthshaking turns half your screen into a semi-circle of spikes which impale your enemies for massive damage. Then, step closer to more dangerous foes like Rares and Bosses to make short work of them as well.
On top of solid damage, you have generous defensive options. Slayer has continuous leech effects which let you ignore most damage over time and provide a consistent source of healing. Plus Slayer is well positioned to access Armor and maximum Resistances creating a well-rounded defensive package.
Settlers of Kalguur Builds
As there weren't any significant changes from the base Settlers of Kalguur league to this event, all of our 3.25 build guides remain relevant and viable options.
