The new Settlers of Kalguur league introduces the Currency Exchange Market to quickly swap currency with other players without the hassle of a ton of individual trades. The Currency Exchange Market allows you to use your Gold to list currency with Faustus in Kingsmarch or in your Hideout. This feature is only available in the Settlers of Kalguur League.
Currency Exchange Access
To access the Currency Exchange Market, you must first travel to Kingsmarch and locate Faustus.
Inviting Faustus To Hideout
Once you speak to Faustus, you want to invite him to your Hideout to use these features at your leisure without having to repeatedly visit Kingsmarch.
Navigating the Currency Exchange
Upon selecting Currency Exchange, choose the currency you want to receive and select the currency you are trading away.
Select any tradable, stackable items to be exchanged in this Window. When selecting a currency to list for a trade, it scans your inventory and a number of your stash tabs, so you don’t need to put the currency in your inventory to begin this process.
When selecting the currency you want, the popular category includes a subset of the items that are used to trade for that currency most frequently. To fill your Exchange orders quickly, select one of these popular currencies.
Pricing Items On the Exchange
Now that you have selected both the currencies you want and have, you need to specify a ratio for the trade.
Hovering over the Market Ratio shows you a number of the best ratios currently listed to fulfill your exchange. These ratios represent resent listings, use them to ensure your Exchange order fills more quickly.
When you increase the amount of currency you are trading, the Gold cost for the exchange increases proportionally.
Paying For Currency Exchange
In order to pay for these Gold costs, you have to find Gold throughout Wraeclast in the Settlers of Kalguur League.
The moment your exchange listing is placed, it is available to be filled, so triple check your ratios before clicking Place Order.
Managing Orders
You can list up to 10 exchanges at a time on the Currency Exchange Market. Exchanges can be partially filled and canceled at any time to collect your currency. Canceling an Exchange does not refund any of the Gold cost paid to create the listing.
After the Currency Exchange completes, you receive a notification in the lower right corner of your screen.
If you are offline or happen to miss this notification, Faustus displays this icon in your Hideout to notify you of completed Currency Exchanges.
Exchanges that are ready to be collected are highlighted
To retrieve your items, simply grab your currency to retrieve it, or if you are on keyboard and mouse, you can Ctrl Click to move the entire stack. You can Ctrl + Right Click to move as many stacks as possible into your inventory.
When using an Xbox or Playstation Controller, you can Press Square or X respectively to do the same. These same keybinds also work to transfer the currency into your Stash or into a Trade Window
