Harbinger
The Harbinger Strategy is a flexible, low-investment farming method focusing on generating Harbinger Currency. It requires minimal atlas passive allocation, allowing it to be easily combined with other mechanics. This version pairs Harbinger and Beyond due to the high monster density.
Additionally, both Harbinger and Beyond spawn a large number of rare monsters, making this strategy especially effective when paired with Amplified Artefacts and Increased Scarab Drop Chance nodes on the atlas tree.
Set-Up
When setting up to run this strategy, it is recommended that you purchase enough materials to complete a sizable batch of maps. Failing to do this makes selling your drops far more difficult, as you frequently need to interrupt farming to trade for additional supplies.
Map Choice
- Tier 16 City Square Map
- City Square is chosen as it is an extremely small map. This results in a lot of the Harbingers spawning on top of each other, which is one of very few ways to increase the clear speed of this strategy.
Map Device
- Eldritch Influence - Searing Exarch
- The choice of Eldritch influence is not essential for this strategy, choose the one that best suits your build or personal preference.
- Kirac Modifier - 3 additional Harbingers (3 Chaos Orbs)
Fragments
Use the following fragments for this strategy:
- 3x Harbinger Scarab
- Harbinger Scarab of Regency
- Harbinger Scarab of Obelisks
- Harbinger Scarab of Warhoards - Replace a Harbinger Scarab if you can afford to run this scarab.
Atlas Passive Tree
NOTE: The scarab blocking nodes should be adjusted based on which scarabs have high value.

However, this doesn’t mean you should run your maps white. Map quantity still affects generic loot drops and increases Scarab drop chances, so rolling your maps for quantity is still worthwhile.
