Warning: This guide assumes you know how to farm Harvest, and Eldritch Altars

The Harvest farming strategy scales large amount of increased modifier effect to greatly increase the Quantiy, Rarity and Pack Size on your maps. Eldritch altars are used, focusing on the modifiers increasing the Map Quanity and Rarity in combination with Amplified Artefacts to cause the rare harvest monsters to drop a large number of scarabs as well as any lifeforce.

The Harvest farming strategy can also be run with Crop Rotation. This adds some more micromanagement to how you run the harvest but can yield some very high results. There is currently very little difference between using and not using this keystone.

  • Harvest Content drops Lifeforce and Sacred Blossom.

Requirements

  • Harvest requires a build with an abundance of damage or strong defenses due to the powerful rare monsters it can summon. Explode and proliferation are great for Harvest, but you'll have to wait for all the seeds to spawn.
Voidstones: 4
Favourites: N/A
Atlas Points: 120

Set-Up

PRO TIP: When setting up to run this strategy it is recommended that you purchase enough materials to complete a sizeable set of maps, failing to do this makes selling your drops far more difficult and you'll constantly be trading to purchase additional materials.

Map Choice

  • Tier 16 Jungle Valley Map - is the best layout for this strategy. It has a unique mechanic that prevents Eldritch Altars from providing options that effect the map boss.

Map Device

  • Eldritch Influence: Eater of Worlds

Fragments

Optimal Fragments
Harvest Scarab of Doubling
Scarab of Monstrous Lineage
Sacrifice at Dusk
Sacrifice at Noon

Atlas Passive Tree

Legion Atlas Passive Tree

Harvest cause the plots to have higher tier seeds, drop more lifeforce and can ensure you see the more valuable colored plot more frequently. In this case Yellow, if during the League either Blue or Purple become more expensive, make sure to adjust the passives.

Eldritch Altars provide a constant flow of currency items.

Amplified Artefacts, Remarkable Relics and Skittering Swarms are the scarab engine that will cause rare monsters to have a much higher chance of dropping scarabs.

The difficulty of these maps comes from adding a ton of modifier effect via Mounting Modifiers and Chiselled Perfection and all of the Small Nodes.

Gameplay

Rolling Maps

1. Clean Your Maps - Ensure all of your maps are identified and then use an Orb of Scouring to make them all normal rarity, since achieving 20% quality on white maps requires significantly less Cartographer's Chisels.

2. Chiseling - Use Cartographer's Chisels on all of your maps until each one is 20% quality.

3. Alchemy Orbs - Use Orbs of Alchemy on every map you have at 20% quality. Re-roll maps your character cannot run using Orb of Scouring and Orb of Alchemy.

4. Vaal Orbs - Use Vaal Orbs on all of your appropriately rolled maps. Some maps may transform or receive new modifiers, so weed out any maps with modifiers your build cannot run or that are no longer on a favourable layout for Legion. On average using Vaal Orbs on high tiers maps is always worth it.

Running Maps

Step 1 - Run the map normally and select Eldritch Altars that increase your Quanity.
Step 2 - Return and complete the Harvest
Step 3 - Kill the boss; reset.
