Event Quests for the Week of March 25th

From March 25th to April 1st, the "Like a Fire Hidden by Sand" and "Congalala Cravings" event quests will be active in Monster Hunter Wilds. Both expire at the end of next week, so make sure to get these quests done if you want their rewards. You need to be at least Hunter Rank 9 to do these quests.

Like a Fire Hidden by Sand

One of last week's event quests has remained active. In this event quest, you must hunt a Rathian in return for an expedition headgear ticket. You need these in order to craft the Expedition Headgear α. It is a rarity 5 helmet that has a level 1 slot, one level of Blight Resistance, and one level of Coalescence. The skills are nothing special, but the armor resembles a gold earpiece which could be fun for layered armor. It's better to grab armor pieces like this and never use them than it is to need them and not have them, so I recommend farming out the headgear. This event quest is active now, and expires on April 1st.

Congalala Cravings

In this event quest you must hunt a Congalala. In return, you receive Droolshrooms in addition to normal hunt rewards. You can add Droolshroom to meals to give the effect Black Belt Meal (Lo), which reduces stamina depletion when performing stamina draining moves, like dodging. These can be a bit annoying to farm out in large quantities since you have to trade for them, so this event provides the perfect opportunity to stock up on Droolshrooms. This event quest starts on March 25th, and ends on April 1st.
